This house is located in the Agaete Valley between the sea and mountains with views of the sea, beautiful views of the Teide Volcano and the neighboring Island of Tenerife.

Near Los Veroles you will find various trails to explore on foot, the different routes that walkers have left their mark on.

The house has a heated pool and an area for sunbathing, you also have a space to make your barbecue or paella.

Out of respect for the neighbors, loud noises may not be made after 10:00 p.m.
Smoking allowed only in outdoor areas. Parties are not allowed.
Entry will be prohibited to any person who has not been registered at check-in.
Pets pay a supplement per night. Consult.
Stoves must be turned off when you are off the property.
Lights and Air Conditioning must be turned off when you are outside the property.

Cancellation policy:
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days of arrival. If you book when there are less than 30 days to go, you will receive a full refund as long as it is within 48 hours of booking and at least 15 days from the start of the stay. After that period you will receive a 50% refund if you cancel up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel when there is less time left you will not receive any refund.

La casa de Orietta es una maravilla. Las vistas son espectaculares, es un lugar realmente idílico. Orietta se mostró durante todo el tiempo super atenta y nos envió recomendaciones locales. Además, pudimos hacer el check-in antes de tiempo lo que nos permitió disfrutar de su casa incluso más.

Maison exceptionnellement bien équipée où il y a tout ce que l'on peut désirer et où on se sent comme chez soi. Nous n'avions jamais loué une maison avec des services aussi complets.

The views from the terrace are beautiful and the location is very peaceful. The villa was extremely well-equipped and Orietta provided many little extras which helped make our stay even more comfortable. The heated swimming pool was a great bonus. We have stayed at other properties in the Canaries where the swimming pool was not heated. Heating makes a big difference and we enjoyed using the pool ever day. Parking outside the property was also very easy.

We had the best experience in staying at one of Orietta’s villa’s. The host herself is extremely nice and welcoming. On the first day Orietta was kind enough to take both me and my friend to the shop for food. I would recommend renting a car if you feel comfortable driving in Spain or book a driver as you can’t walk to the nearest town due to the roads. Orietta also sent us a list of everything nearby and we even travelled to Las Palmas city for the day which was also wonderful. The views from the villa alone were spectacular and I would definitely come again. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance and cooking facilities you would need for your stay.

The nearest town is called Agaete and is 3 km from the house. There you can find banks, pharmacies, cafes/bars, a church, a post office, a health center and a store. The Supermarket “Spar” is between Agaete and Las Nieves about 5-6 km from home. Also the Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets are approximately 13 km from home. Supermarkets are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Close to home 3 km from home you will find the “small cross” on Aguadulce street, Agaete and it is open every day including Sunday.
Casa Lolo Restaurant is located 300 meters from home where you can walk from Los Veroles.

Ideal place for hiking.
The closest beach is called Las Nieves and it is located in Agaete and you will also find a natural stone pool with sea water. There are several restaurants where you can eat fresh fish, shellfish and typical food from the area. The closest sandy beach is located 15 minutes from the house, it is called Sardina del Norte and it is located in Galdar.

It is interesting to visit the archaeological park El Maipé and La Cueva Pintada in Gáldar, which is 12 km away. approx from home It is a discovery of an aboriginal settlement and is completely covered and ready for visitors.
